Descrizione/Funzionamento: È un apparecchio di costruzione robusta e sicuro affidamento, particolarmente indicato per condizioni di lavoro gravose e ritmi continuati. È composto da una testata in alluminio con mozzo e albero in acciaio inox Aisi 304. L’albero ruota su due cuscinetti a sfera a protezione IP65 tramite un motoriduttore sincrono a bassa velocità, facendo ruotare a sua volta la paletta terminale. Quando il materiale in polvere o granulare blocca la paletta, si ottiene uno scambio di contatti: il distacco dell’alimentazione al motoriduttore e la chiusura o apertura è collegabile ad un segnalatore acustico e/o visivo, oppure alla fermata/avvio di trasportatori, coclee, carico del silo, etc.
Montaggio: Applicare il segnalatore esternamente, lateralmente o sul tetto del silo. Per la versione con attacco a flangia, serrare uniformemente le viti M6 per la perfetta aderenza della guarnizione esterna; Per la versione con attacco filettato, avvitare su apposito manicotto pre-saldato al corpo del silo. Verificare all’installazione che il pressacavo sia rivolto verso il basso. Durante il carico, il materiale non deve investire direttamente la paletta: predisporre eventuali deflettori quando il peso sulla paletta sia elevato (materiale soggetto a movimenti in blocco o ad alto peso specifico).

Description / Function: SLE it’s a unit of strong construction, particularly ideal for hard and continued working. It consists of an aluminum head with shaft in stainless steel AISI 304. Assembly: Place the SLE outside, lateral or on the roof of the silo. For the version with flange, evenly tighten screws M6 for the perfect fit of the outer seal; For the version with thread, screw on a special sleeve pre-welded to the body of the silo. Verify at the installation that the cable entry is downwards. During loading, the material must not invest directly scoop: prepare any baffles when the weight on the scoop is high (material subject to movements in block or high specific weight).
